Alan Garten

Alan Garten is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the Trump Organization where he oversees litigation worldwide involving the companies’ residential developments, hotel and office properties, golf courses, winery, member clubs, product licensing and endorsement business lines, entertainment endeavors and other business ventures. Previously, Alan served as Assistant General Counsel for the Trump Organization.  Before joining Trump, Alan was a litigation associate with Bryan Cave LLP and its predecessor in New York, Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP, where he specialized in real estate litigation.  Alan is a 1992 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1995 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.
