    If you would like to grow your knowledge of specialty cheeses and sample some world class products, then please join us for an evening of tasting and education at LaunchPad in Huntington Village.

    Presented by Patrick Ambrosio, owner and cheesemonger of Le Bon Fromage, we will explore the world of cheese; you will learn about it’s origins and history, cheese types, tips on serving, selecting, and what to look for when purchasing cheeses.

    The guided tasting portion of the evening will provide you with  a greater appreciation and understanding of quality cheeses from around the world.

    What To Expect:
    ? The class will be  2 to 2 1/2 hours in length
    ? We will begin with a brief “meet and greet” with cheese and aperitif  of sparkling wine
    ? The class and tasting component will be a seated presentation
    ? You will learn about and taste great cheeses!
